The video you’re about to see is an extraordinary story. It involves a Catholic Priest (who finds himself in prison after being duped by dishonest people), and how his life takes a sudden turn on the inside once he meets Chaplain Lidya.
You’ve no doubt heard the expression, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” Well, that’s exactly what this Priest learns to do–with surprising results.
As always we invite you to feel free to leave a comment or tell us your own story for others to see. We love hearing from you.

I am just catching on my emails and though it is quite late, I would like to comment. What Lydia has reported is not only inspiring, but rather amazing since the prisoner is a priest. There are no limits to what our chaplain are accomplishing in their dedicated work. I am extremely grateful to them all!
Very inspiring. Lidya certainly has that Christly love that draws inmates to it. I am grateful for all the selfless work of our chaplains and volunteers. Thank you for keeping us in the loop. Daniel
So awesome! So grateful to know this good work is going on. The specifics are ever amazing and inspiring.
Thank you, Lidya, for sharing this beautiful story. Just wonderful!
A lovely example of the promise Chaplain Lydia repeats from Romans 8:28 being fulfilled: “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
What an inspiring story. Lots of.light shining ,
The Principle of God’s Love is universal, it is not selective, does not ebb and flow, stop and start, but ever operative, and all of God’s children are always under the jurisdiction of that Principle.
Great testimony! Thanks for sharing.
