This change of heart or transformation is really a moment by moment process. Transformation doesn’t happen all at once. It occurs in the everyday details of life.
Like when the person in the video realized he could have reacted differently and wrote a letter of apology. It might not seem like a big deal. But it actually is.

Thanks for posting this wonderful healing of progress for this inmate. Truly when they find the Truth they are changed for the better. Being a Chaplain I can see is so rewarding when you find you ar able to help someone.
